Tina Lynn Grubbs Adcock

Tina Lynn Grubbs Adcock, age 50, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019. Born in Nash County February 14, 1969, Tina was the daughter of the late Donna Hoff Williams.

Tina leaves behind to cherish her memory, Father, Reeve Smith Grubbs Jr., son Phillip “Joshua” Adcock, daughter, Heather Roseanne Adcock. She is also survived by two grandsons, Timothy Hayden Phillip Ray Keel and Phillip “Jamison” Adcock. Brothers Terry B. Grubbs and wife Shawn, Aaron R. Grubbs, niece, Chelsea Grubbs and nephew, Dylan Grubbs.

A Visitation will be held Friday, April 5, 2019 from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home, the Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM, April 5, 2019 at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
