Sylvia Jean Daughtridge Williams

ylvia Jean Daughtridge Williams, 76, of Wilson passed away Monday. Her funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday Chapel on the Hill at Rocky Mount Memorial Park, 4454 Dortches Boulevard, Rocky Mount. Interment will follow in Rocky Mount Memorial Park, Rocky Mount. The Rev. Ray Barnhill will officiate.

The family will receive friends Wednesday at 1 p.m. prior to the service at the Chapel on the Hill at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.

Sylvia is survived by her nephews, Edward Thurston Daughtridge of Rocky Mount, Tommy Wayne Daughtridge of Castalia, Ben Williams of Winston-Salem and George V. Williams of Winston-Salem and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Daughtridge of Farmville and Barbara O’Briant of Elm City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Roy Williams; parents, Charles Edward and Lottie Taylor Daughtridge and her brother, Ronald Wayne Daughtridge.
