Russell Lewis Booth

Russell Louis Booth, Jr., 76, went to be with his Lord on March 7, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell, Sr. and Emily Jones Booth, son, Russell Booth, III, daughter, Lisa Weaver, grandson, Kelly Jo Ferrell, sisters, Juanita Grosskopf and Janice Booth. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Faye Moore Booth, two devoted daughters, Tanya Evancho (Mike), and Denise Herring Bissette (Rex), 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, sister, Frances Coley (Wayne) and brother-in-law, Doug Grosskopf, as well as several special nieces, nephews, cousins and faithful friends. Special thanks to Hospice of Nash General, Dr. Boyette, Latisha, Shelly and Tacitha for their care and compassion. A visitation will be held from 6 until 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Cornerstone Funeral home. A service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Cornerstone with burial following at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors at other times at the home, 2238 Gust Court, Nashville, North Carolina.
