Mrs. Palma Crozier

ROCKY MOUNT – Palma Catherine Crozier – “Pam”, age 81, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2024.  Born in Washington, DC on November 17, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Michael Steven Faber and Mildred Wehausen Faber.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry Tracy Crozier; sisters, Mildred Embrey, and Frances Johnson Fogle.

Pam was proud of what she considered her home, Arlington Virginia. She loved history and was extremely proud of her father that fought in World War I. This sparked her curiosity in learning many things about World War I and World War II. Pam was a devout Catholic. A longtime member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Rocky Mount and was very active in the Legion of Mary. She was a proud graduate of Notre Dame Academy, Washington, DC. Pam worked for many years doing bookkeeping and payroll work for her and her husband’s business, Phillips Body Shop in Rocky Mount. In her free time, Pam enjoyed crafting and was an avid gardener. She loved cooking, especially making desserts. Pam was an animal lover, and her dogs held a special place in her heart as her and Henry took in many dogs.

Pam is survived by her daughter, Aimee Scheuer, and husband, Timothy; grandchildren, Christian Patrick Scheuer, and Noelle Ryanne Scheuer; sisters, Stephanie Patterson Embrey, of Dale City, Virginia, and Phyllis Faber, of Lorton, Virginia; and her brother, Michael Steven Faber, Jr. and wife, Vickie, of Palm Coast, Florida.

A Celebration of Pam’s Life will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Father Nick Cottrill officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.

The family would like to say a special thanks to Kitty Askins Hospice Facility, 3HC Home Hospice, Action Health Staffing of Rocky Mount, Legion of Mary, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church of Rocky Mount, St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Goldsboro, UNC Nash Hospital, and The Lodge of Rocky Mount for years of tremendous care and support.
