Lloyd Carlton Whitley, 45,” died Sunday, Feb. 1, 1998, Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Falls of the Tar River Primitive Baptist Church, with Elder Ron Arrington and the Rev. Glenn HU1 officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. A native of Rocky Mount, Mr. Whitley was employed by Donnelley Marketing and was a member of Falls of the Tar River Primitive Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Whitley; a daughter, Pamela Lorraine Whitley of Rocky Mount; and two brothers, Charles Kenneth .Waters Jr. of Wilson and Bryan Keith Waters of Rocky Mount. He was preceded in death by his mother, and stepfather, Jane Whitley Waters and Charles K. Waters Sr. . The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Falls of the Tar River Primitive Baptist Church. The family is being served by Mark A. Bowling, Independent Funeral” Director.
