Mrs. Jackie Bobbitt

Jackie Pullen Bobbitt, 97, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on September 25, 2026. She was born August 30, 1929, to the late Roy and Christine Pullen. She is also preceded in death by her husband Robert Bobbitt Sr. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and a faithful servant of God. Jackie lived a life full of grace, strength, and unwavering love. She was a devout Christian whose faith was the cornerstone of her life. Her gentle spirit, kind heart, and quiet strength left an indelible mark on all who knew her. She dedicated her life to caring for her family and walking in faith. Jackie was the heart of her home, a true matriarch, and her legacy of love and faith will continue to inspire generations.

Jackie leaves to cherish her memory, her son Robert “Bob” Bobbitt Jr. (Debbie); daughter Nicki Hedrick (Steve); grandchildren Tracy Lee (Randy), Robert Bobbitt III (Melissa), Jonathan Bobbitt (Ashley), Stephanie Martin (Chris), Joshua Bobbitt (Stephanie), Chris Hedrick (Cathy); thirteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandson; brothers Donny Pullen, Skip Pullen (Phoebe).

A visitation will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Cornerstone Funeral Home with the service following at 2:00pm. The burial will follow the service in Rocky Mount Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arlington Baptist Church Building Fund 1500 Bethlehem Road Rocky Mount, NC 27804. The family will meet at other times at the home of Jackie.
