Wilbur passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2015. Wilbur was a resident of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina at the time of his passing. Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday November 3 2015 at St. James Baptist Church with Dr. James T. Worthy officiating.Entombment will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at St.James Baptist Church.
