Vance Deaulon Wall

Vance Deaulon Wall, 85, of Wilson, passed away Sunday. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 21, 2018, at Thomas-Yelverton Funeral Home, 2704 Nash St. N, Wilson, NC. Interment will be private.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 20, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
Vance enjoyed playing the keyboard at various nursing homes, enjoyed dancing and making things, and loved telling jokes. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
Surviving are his wife, Cynthia Perkins Wall; three sons, Chandler Wall (Melanie) of Rocky Mount, Toby Wall (Angie) of Rocky Mount, and Darrin Wall of Macclesfield; two daughters, Beverly Barnes of Rocky Mount and Christie Rowland (Billy) of Rocky Mount; eight grandchildren, Cody Barnes, Christopher Wall, Dustin Wall, Tony Wall, Tabitha Rowland, Jessica Jones, Madison Wall, and Matthew Wall; ten great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Zonur and Melissa Eason Wall, and six siblings.
