Tommie William Pittman, Sr., died Saturday, May 7, 1994.
He was born July 15, 1933, in Nash County, son of the late Joseph Willie and Bertha Lee Bone Pittman. He was and army veteran.
Surviving: wife, Doris Marie Pittman; daughter, Teresa P. Taylor of Nashville; sons, Tommie Pittman, Jr. (T.W.), Roger A. Pittman and Tony L, Pittman, all of Rocky Mount; sisters, Maggie Lee Baker, Delilah Bulluck, Betty Jean Blackford and Kathaleen Baker, all of Rocky Mount, Crystal Hare of Zebulon; brother, Joe Pittman, Lindaberg Pittman and Jerry Pittman, all of Rocky Mount; six grandchildren.
