Terry Ann Freeman

Terry Ann Freeman, 62, passed peacefully on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, after a long stay at The Carrolton of Nash. She was born August 12, 1959, in Nash County.

Terry was preceded in death by her mother, Lizzie Gray Robinson Freeman; her father, Howard Clemmon Freeman; and her brother, Gordon Ray Freeman.

Terry leaves behind Stephanie Mikeal (husband Derek), niece; Roger Emery Bowling III (wife Taylor) and Evan Howard Bowling, great nephews; Trudy Freeman, sister-in-law; Pearl Whitehurst, Gussie Gibson, and Joyce Freeman Smith, aunts; along with numerous cousins. Terry was a longtime member of Peoples Fellowship Baptist Church.

A Graveside Service to celebrate Terry’s life will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Rev. Dave Grogan officiating. A visitation with the family will follow the service at the graveside.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Terry’s memory to Peoples Fellowship Baptist Church, 11972 NC 97, Rocky Mount, NC 27803.
