Stephan Thomas Proctor

Stephen Proctor, 86, passed away April 14, 2024. He was born November 8, 1937 to the late Sterling and Ada Braswell Proctor. He is also preceded in death by his brother Wilton E. Proctor; sisters Evangeline Miller and Magdalene Harris.

Stephen leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 61 years, Frances Narron Proctor; son Michael T. Proctor.

A visitation will be held at 10am on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. The service will follow at 11:00 am with Pastor David Taylor officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to charity of one’s choice.
