Sallie Gardner Moss

Mrs. Sallie Gardner Moss, 87, wife of the late Wiley Moss and daughter of the late David and Sallie Edwards Gardner, died Sunday in a Rocky Mount hospital.
A native of Nash County, she was a member of Barnes Hill Free Will Baptist Church.
Surviving are one son, Richard C. Robinson of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Viola Daughtridge of Rocky Mount; 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at Johnson Funeral Home chapel in Rocky Mount. The Rev. Martin Whitley will officiate and burial will follow in Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
