Polly Ann McCullen Smith, 76, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024. She was born July 15, 1947 in Wilson County to the late Richard and Elizabeth Daniels McCullen. She loved her family, Cooking, and her flowers. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 53 years, Simon Smith; two brothers, Dick and Ray (Kathy) McCullen.
