Pattie Carter Hardy

Pattie Carter Hardy, 91, went to her heavenly home Sunday, July 16, 2023. Born in Nash County, NC to Raymond Clyde Carter and Mary Grace Collie. Pattie is preceded in death by her parents as well as her 2 sisters and 7 brothers (3 died during childbirth). She is also preceded by her husband’s Lloyd Hardy and William Jackson, sons Kip and Chris Hardy.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter in laws Kathy and Debbie Hardy, grandchildren Angie Ayscue (Tommy), Joel Hardy, Mark Hardy (Kelsey), Bradley Hardy (Ashley). She leaves 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter. She also leaves behind her very special cousin Ruby Beacham, special friend Rita and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to recognize Breckenridge Assisted Living and Pruitt Hospice Care for the care and support during the past 11 months.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Living Faith Fellowship Church, Rocky Mount.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 2:00pm with Pastor Dee Perkins officiating at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
