Melisa Jo Langley Wise

Melisa Jo Langley Wise, 38, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2010. She was born November 15, 1971. She Is preceded in death by maternal grandfathers, Boyd C. Corbett of Tarboro and James S. Russ of Rocky Mount; paternal grandfather, Sydney R. Langley.
She is survived by her daughters, Angelia N. Wise and Alisa M. Langley of Rocky Mount; granddaughter, Amirah D. Conyers of Rocky Mount, parents, Garland and Cheryl Russ Langley of Rocky Mount; sister, Sheri Langley Shearin and husband Todd and their children, Lee and Hannah Shearin of Rocky Mount; sister, Ginny Lee Langley Brie and husband Jim and their children, Collen, Cameron, and Noah of Rocky Mount; brother, Garland Lee Langley II “Vern” of Rocky Mount; maternal grandparents, Lilly W. Corbett of Tarboro; and paternal grandmother, Jetta M. Dorsey of Rocky Mount; ten aunts and ten uncles.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm Sunday, January 17, 2010 at Johnson Funerals and Cremations on English Road. Funeral services will be held 2 pm Monday, January 18, 2010 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park Mausoleum with Rev. Richard Gurganus.
