Marcellene Johnson

WILSON – Marcellene Joyce Williams Johnson, age 83, passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2017. Born in Wilson County, NC on September 17, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Williams and Maggie Peele Williams. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Johnson; step-mother Ruby “Sis” Williams; and sister, Dorothy Haynes.

Marcellene leaves behind to cherish her memory, daughter, Andra Johnson Glasgow; grandchildren, Crystal Marquina and husband, David; and William Kyle Glasgow; and great grandchildren, Isabella, Bianca, and Giuliana Marquina.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. A visitation with the family will follow the service.
