Leslie Lee Proctor

Leslie Lee Proctor, 59, died early this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ann Rackley, 1125 N. Cambridge Drive.
He was a retired dairyman, and for a number of years was associated with Meadowbrook Dairy. He was son of the late J. R. W. Proctor and Salemah Williams Proctor.
Funeral serviced will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. at Gay-Yost Funeral Home by the Rev. Larry Smith, pastor of the Gospel Missionary Baptist Church, assisted by the Rev. Gerald Riggs, pastor of the Oakdale Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lessie Mae Proctor of the home; two sons, William L. (Billy) Proctor of Durham and Allen R. Proctor of San Diego, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Eddie W. (Ann) Rackley and Mrs. Clint (Deborah) Henry, both of Rocky Mount: two brothers, J. W. Proctor of Newport News, Va., and T.D. Proctor of Inveness, Fla,; two sisters, Mrs. Pennie Proctor of Rocky Mount and Mrs. Rufus Jackson of Pinetops; and five grandchildren.
