Josephine M. Faircloth

Josephine Myers Faircloth, 67, died Friday, June 23, 2000. She was born March 22, 1933, in Edgecombe County, the daughter of the late Charles and Roberta Strickland Myers. She was preceded in death by two brothers, George and William Myers.
Mrs. Faircloth is survived by her husband, Orbin Faircloth, of the home; daughters and son-in-law, Sophia and Charles Bridges, Becky and Jimmy Israel, and Vickie Faircloth, all of Rocky Mount; sister, Rachael Hedspeth, of Lake Gaston; five grandsons, Drew Israel, Ron Israel, Tony Patterson, Ken Patterson, and Randy Bridges; four great-grandchildren, Sarah Israel, Meghan Israel, Lauren Israel, and Zach Patterson; baby Bridges due in July and baby Patterson due in December.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 25, 2000 at Wheeler and Woodlief Chapel with Rev. Walt Cooper and the Rev. Charles Taylor officiating. Entombment will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday evening at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home, 1130 N Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC and other times at the home.
