Jimmy Harold Richardson

Jimmy “Roundman” Harold Richardson, 59, died Friday, Dec. 15, 2006. He was born Dec. 26, 1946, the son of the late Phillip and Mary Whitley Richardson. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Crystal Richardson, in 1974; and by a brother, Kenneth “Ken” Mac Richardson in 2004.
He is survived by a son, Wayne Richardson of Sharpsburg; grandchildren, Scott and Jacob Richardson; sisters, Liz R. Cooke of Rocky Mount and Joyce Richardson of Spring Hope; brothers, George Richardson of Nashville; Danny Richardson of Whitakers; Randy Richardson of Castalia; and Ray Richardson of Nashville.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2006 at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home, with the Rev. Steve Kirkland officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 18, 2006 at the Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home.
