Jean Harrell Fuller

ROCKY MOUNT – Jean Harrell Fuller, age 79, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2017.  Born in Edgecombe County, NC on October 13, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Harrell and Nola Amanda Deans Harrell.  She was also preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Henry Milton Fuller, Sr.; daughter, Lillie Ann Fuller; and brother, R. L. Harrell.
Jean was a woman of strong faith, and was very active in her church home, Bethlehem Presbyterian Church for over 50 years.  She enjoyed singing in the choir, playing the piano, and being in Sunday School.  She loved to dance.   Jean was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to all.  She will be missed by all who knew her, but her loving spirit will never be forgotten as she was everything to her family.
Jean leaves behind to cherish her memory, sons, Henry “Hank” Milton Fuller, Jr. and wife, Deanna, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, and Todd Fuller and wife, Dianna, of Port St. Lucie, FL.  She is also survived by grandchildren, Corbin M. Fuller and wife, Lindsey, Samuel M. Fuller, Britton B. Fuller, Madison D., and Lily-Anne Hope; great-granddaughter, Carly A. Urbina; and longtime friend, Bobby Reames and his children, Sandra, David, and Linda.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Pastor Dan Davis officiating.  Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.  Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM prior to the service in the Atrium of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home.
The family would like to thank Beulah Wilkinson and Mary Frances Pittman for their dedication and loving care of Jean.
