James Roy Davis

James Roy Davis, 74, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 24, 2021. He was born July 7, 1947 to the late John and Margaret Davis. James was an advent farmer his entire life. In addition to farming, James worked at Fischer Auto and Autumn Corporation. He also loved opera and classical music.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 15 years, Brenda Moss Davis; son Scott Rollans; grandchildren, Macon and Andrew Rollans; sister, Ellen DeMaria.

Entombment service will be held Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 1:00PM with Rev Steve Edmondson officiating at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will follow.
