James Milton Hollifield

James Milton Hollifield, 83, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016. He was born April 5, 1933 in Wake County to the late Fletcher and Annie Jenova Hollifield. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Janette Hollifield, son, Douglas Hollifield and step-son, Ted Lindsey.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one son, William James Hollifield ( Nan); two step-sons, Troy and Rudy Lindsey; one step-daughter, Zandra Bontrager; one brother, Fletcher Hollifield; special granddaughter, Sarah Metters ( Chuck); seven grandchildren, Scott, Shannon, Tracey, Jamie, Chasity, and T.J. ; great-grandchildren, Mystical, Kayla, Chuck David, Davey, J.J., Victoria, Alexis, Ashton, Madison, Colby, Hannah, Charlotte, Maggie, Brittany and Austin.

Entombment will be held Friday, August 26, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Rocky Mount Memorial Park in the Mausoleum. Officiating by Pastor Ray Vick.
