Harold Victor Gosch, Jr.

Harold Victor Gosch, Jr., 79, passed away Friday, April 29, 2016. He was born in Miami, FL December 18, 1936 to the late Harold V. Gosch, Sr. and Annie Lee Cummings. Harold retired from Belks after 27 years of service and had honorably served in the U.S Coast Guard.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Victoria L. Norris.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Darlene G. Gosch; son, Harold V. Gosch, III; daughters, Cheryl Tillery (Horace), Karen Jones (Wesley); grandchildren, Meredith Lombardo (Anthony), Sarah Jones; sisters, Harriet Rountree and Patricia Carbo.
A service to celebrate his life will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2016 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Chaplain Matt Baldwin officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at 12:00 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
