Edith L Proctor

DORTCHES – Edith Livesay Proctor, age 82, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018. Born in Edgecombe County, NC on April 1, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Frank Winston Livesay and Pauline Carter Livesay.
Edith leaves behind to cherish her memory, husband of 62 years, James Carlton Proctor; sons, Carlton Gregory Proctor of Rocky Mount and Winston Glenn Proctor and wife, Keturah, of Rocky Mount; and daughter, Terri Dawn Proctor Bilotta and husband, Vincent, of Hilton Head, SC. She is also survived by a granddaughter, Maria Nicole Bilotta; brother, Billy Ray Livesay of Jesup, GA; and sister, Jacqueline Lewis of Tarboro.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Englewood Assembly of God, 2181 S. Halifax Road, Rocky Mount, with Pastor Gerry Blood officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. The Family will receive friends and relatives on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home.
