Doris B Taylor

Doris Bullock Taylor, 90, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017. She was born September 30, 1927 in Wilson County to the late Edward and Addie Luper Bullock. She loved her family, cooking, taking care of her flowers, fishing and Mann’s Harbor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, two sisters, and two great-grandsons.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 66 years, William C. Taylor; two sons, Ronnie Taylor and wife Tomye Lynn, Bryan Taylor and wife Melinda; two daughters, Pat Williams and Lou Pettigrew, eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Visitation with family and friends will be Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 7:00-8:30 PM at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 2:30 PM in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home .Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
