Charlotte Proctor Smith

Charlotte Proctor Smith, 42, died Friday, Nov. 4, 1994.
She was born Oct. 14, 1952, in Nash County, daughter of Offie Lee and Katherine Stanford Proctor. She was a teacher with Nash-Rocky Mount Schools.
Surviving in addition to her parents of Rocky Mount are: husband, Steven Smith; 2 sons, Bradley H. Smith of Rocky Mount and Kevin Lee Smith of the home; 2 sisters, Anne Kornegay of Mt. Olive and Mary Lee Carey of California; and 1 brother, Donnie Proctor of Georgia. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Johnson Funeral Home, Sunset Ave. Chapel, Rocky Mount. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Englewood Baptist Church, Rocky Mount.
