Billy Norris Summerlin, 79, passed away Sunday, Sept. 18, 2016. He was born March 22, 1937 in Nash County to the late Andrew and Lena Joyner Summerlin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 9 brothers and 3 sisters.
He is survived by his wife La Ferne Summerlin, his son, Tony Summerlin and a sister, Ethel Bradley.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wed. Sept. 21, 2016 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
