Billy Bryant Turner, Jr

Billy Bryant Turner Jr., 76, passed away November 27, 2018. He was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Billy Turner Sr. and Evelyn Vanhook Turner.
He is survived by his wife Connie Turek Turner and granddaughter Caitlin Davis of the home; son Billy Bryant Turner III(Amy); stepson Matt Edwards(Mary); daughter Ginger “GiGi” Fields(Kevin); step daughter Tonya Armstrong; grandchildren, Turner Davis, J.T. Turner, Johnathan Armstrong, James Armstrong, Victoria Edwards, Alexandria Edwards and a sister Linda T. Wells.
Billy had a large heart and an even larger personality. He never met a stranger. He loved Duke Basketball, his dogs and traveling; but most of all he loved his family and friends. He lived life to the fullest and found joy in every day.
A visitation will be held 6-7:30pm on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. The service will be held at 11am on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Red Oak United Methodist Church with Rev. David Joyner officiating. Entombment will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
