Mr. Bill Davis Howell, 80, of Wilmington, North Carolina and formerly of Rocky Mount, North Carolina transitioned on March 5, 2024.

A Visitation for Mr. Howell will be held on Monday, March 11, 2024 beginning at 10:00 am until 11:00 am at the Rocky Mount chapel of located at 325 Nash Street in Rocky Mount, NC. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. The interment will immediately follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
