Barbara Latham Speller, age 71, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2016.
A Funeral Service will be held at St. Mark AME Church on Tarboro Street on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Robert J. Yarbrough officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park Mausoleum.
