Arthur J Pitt

Arthur James Pitt, 68, died Friday, April 17, 1992.
He was born March 22, 1924, in Hobgood, son of the late Larry Pitt and Bessie Gibson Pitt. He was a member of the Rocky Mount Shrine Club.
Surviving:wife, Lucille Ingram Pitt of the home; brothers, Clayton L. Pitt of Rocky Mount and Thomas C. Pitt of Pittsburgh, Pa.; sister, Virginia McKenzie of Suffolk, Va.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at Johnson Funeral Home, Sunset Ace., from 7-8:30 p.m. Saturday, other times at the home, 3000 S Church St.
