Annie "Faye" Proctor Womble

Faye Proctor Womble went to be with the Lord Friday, February 28, 2020. Born December 4, 1931 to the late Callie and Annie Gupton Proctor. Retired from Burlington Industries after 25+ years. Active member of SunsetAvenue Baptist. Involved in many aspects of the church. Loving wife to C.E. “Bo” Womble for 69 years. Mother to Brenda Cohee (Bob), Greg Womble (Debbie), Dennis Womble (Charlene) and Connie Womble McCann (late Tom McCann). Grandmother to Stephanie Ellis, Mike Womble, Jason Womble (Jaclyn), Chad Womble (Chelsea), Rebecca Smith (Joe), and Donielle Marsigli (Mark). Great grandmother to Lee and Cassidy Sugg, Caroline Womble, Luke Marsigli, and Lillie Harris.

Visitation at Sunset Avenue Church on Monday, March 2, 2020 from 11:00-12:00PM with funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Friends of Nash Hospice at 2460 Curtis Ellis Drive Rocky Mount NC 27804 or Alzheimer’s Association at 5171 Glenwood Avenue Suite 101 Raleigh NC 27612.
