Alipia C. Faircloth

Mrs. Alipia Cockrell Faircloth, 49, died Monday in a local hospital.
A funeral was conducted today at 3:30 p. m. from Johnson Funeral Home chapel with burial following in Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Officiating at the services were the Rev. John Payne and the Rev. Cliff Hughes.
Surviving are one son, E. J. Faircloth of Fayetteville; two daughters, Mrs. Anne Rogers of Weldon and Miss Pam Faircloth of Greenville; her mother, Mrs. Gladys Deans Cockrell of Rocky Mount; three sisters, Mrs. Irene Brantley, Mrs. Betty Page and Mrs. Victoria Collins, all of Rocky Mount; five brothers, Carlton, Russell and Douglas Cockrell, all of Rocky Mount, Harold Cockrell of Annapolis, Md., and Waylon Cockrell of Raleigh; two grandchildren.
