Willis Carroll Manning, Sr., 87, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.
Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday night from 7:00-8:30 PM at Carlisle Funeral Home.
A private graveside for immediate family will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, May 26th at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Billy Crabtree officiating.
