Catherine B Wood

Catherine Breedlove Wood, 69, died Monday December 8, 2003. She was born in Franklin County, June 15, 1934, daughter of the late Willie Walter and Hazel Harper Breedlove.
Mrs. Wood was a member of Englewood Baptist Church where she was a charter member.
Surviving are husband, Joseph E. Wood of the home; daughter, Angela C. Wood of Rocky Mount; brothers, Willie “Jack” Breedlove Jr. and Richard Breedlove of Louisburg; sisters and brothers-in-law, Faye Wester and Donald Cole of Henderson, Violet and Nelson Shearon of Louisburg. Also surviving are niece, Wendy Carr of Louisburg and nephew Anthony Wester of Louisburg.
The family will receive friends from 8-8:30pm tonight at Johnson Custom Funerals and Cremations, 1912 Sunset Ave. A gathering to celebrate her life will be held at 11am Wednesday at Johnson Custom Funerals and Cremations with Rickt Sorie officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
