Ruth J Turley

Ruth “Joan” Turley, 88, of Martinsburg, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at Berkeley Springs Healthcare Center.

Born February 25, 1935, in Duck, WV, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Case and Lucy Nell Belcher.

She is survived by son, Thomas Ray Turley (Diana), of Martinsburg; daughters, Rhonda Lea Grimes (Ron), of Clayton, NC, and Ginger E. Hedgepeth (Billy), of LaGrange, NC; sister, Mary Duffield (Terry), of Braxton County, WV; three grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Ray Turley, and a brother, David Case.
