Henry Armstrong Pittman

Henry A. Pittman, 75, died Saturday at Nash General Hospital.
Born June 17, 1915 in Edgecombe County, he was son of the late R.T. and Elizabeth Armstrong Pittman.
Surviving: wife, Jeannette Bennett Pittman; son and daughter-in-law, William Donald and Ann Battan Pittman of New London; one grandson, Jason Tyler Pittman; two brothers, R.T. Pittman of Route 2, Whitakers and Carlton Pittman of Portsmouth, Va.
Funeral services will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Johnson Funeral Home in Rocky Mount, with the Rev. John R. Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
