Rosa D Pittman

Rosa D. Pittman, 74, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2022. She was born September 9, 1947 in Martin County to the late James and Leitha Daniels. She loved her Lord and Savior, her dogs Jack and Rambo, birds, flowers, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Vernon Ray Pittman; three brothers William, Robert and Billy Daniels; her sister Shirley Boseman, and niece Angela Goff.

She leaves to cherish her memory her fiancé John Ambrose Hickey; daughters Vickie Hale (Keith “Moose”), Lisa Lindsey (Bill), and Lisa Dew (Buddy Gardner); brother Randolph Daniels (Margo); grandchildren Brandon Lindsey (Starla), Miranda and Will Hale; special niece Teresa Cherry (George); great-granddaughter Oaklyn Kate Lindsey; many other nieces, nephews, and special friends.

Visitation with family and friends will be Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 6:00-8:00pm at Cornerstone Funeral Home of Nashville and other times at the home of Vickie Hale, 1405 Captains Road Tarboro, NC 27866. A funeral service will be held Friday, June 24, 2022 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Hendricks officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
