William (Bill) Patterson, 64, went home with his Lord and Savior Tuesday, February 2, 2016. He was born March 7, 1951 in Edgecombe County to the late Julian Carlyle and Susan Yvonne Patterson. Bill was a member of Corinth Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Bill is survived by his daughters, Anna G. Patterson of Whitakers, Courtney L. Eason and husband, Earnie of Nashville; sister, Peggy Bottoms of Rocky Mount; brothers, Jim Patterson and wife, Darlene of Whitakers, Phil Patterson and wife, Katharine of Whitakers; grandsons, Joshua Cole Eason and Jonathan Patrick Eason; granddaughter, Emily Elizabeth Eason; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Corinth Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Coggin Officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6-8p.m. Friday evening at Cornerstone Funeral Home and Cremations and all other times at the home.
