Obituary for Bonnie Ann Rooks Oneal
Bonnie Ann Rooks Oneal, 83, passed away October 6, 2019. She was born August 14, 1936 to the late Thomas Paul Rooks and Alice Cora Rivenbark Rooks. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sisters, Doris Crawford and Christine Dickens; brothers, Sherwood and Lawrence Rooks.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Robin Wester and husband Billy; sons, Gary Lee Oneal and wife Patti, and Michael Patrick Oneal; grandchildren, Eric Oneal and wife Crystal; great grandchildren, Katelyn and Avery; brothers, Tommy Rooks and wife Christine and Gene Rooks and wife Donnie.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, October 11, 2019 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Rev. Howard Kendrick officiating. The family will receive friends at 10:30am at the cemetery prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity or church of one’s choice.
