Gary Lee Morris

Gary Lee Morris age 64, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022. Born in Edgecombe County, NC on August 2, 1957, he was the son of the late Bobby Lee Morris and Joyce Perry Morris. He was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, William Leon Proctor.

Gary is survived by his brother, Michael Lee Morris (Debbie); his sister, Kaye Morris Proctor; step-mother, Jennette Webb Morris; his step-sisters, Bonnie Webb Hawk (Dan) and Annette Webb Rogers; his niece, Chelsea Lee Morris; his nephew, Jonathan Michael Morris; his daughter, Shykira Denise Stancil; his son, Laumarous Moore.

A Graveside Service to celebrate Gary’s life will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Rev. Gordon Braxton officiating. A visitation with the family will follow the service at the graveside.
