The service of remembrance will take place Monday, October 7, 2019. The service will begin at 11:00 a.m. to be held at Hickory View Missionary Baptist Church, 3911 Bullock School Road, Rocky Mount, NC. Reverend Oliver Jenkins, Pastor of Hickory View Missionary Baptist Church will deliver the eulogy.
Entombment will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Matthews Family Mortuary, 3240 Zebulon Road, Rocky Mount.
The final rites and professional arrangements have been entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
