Mr. Charles “Chico” Macklin, 63, of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, and formerly of Rocky Mount, North Carolina transitioned on February 14, 2024.

A Visitation will be held for Mr. Macklin on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Rocky Mount chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home, 325 Nash Street, Rocky Mount, NC. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Marks Chapel Baptist Church located at 2141 Leggett Rd in Rocky Mount, North Carolina beginning at 12:00 noon. The Entombment will take place immediately after the service in the Rocky Mount Memorial Park in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
