Mae Ferrell Langley

Mae Ferrell Langley, 87, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017. She was born in Edgecombe County on October 13, 1929 to the late Fred C. and Louise Green Ferrell. She was a supervisor at Carolina Telephone and retired after 45 years of dedicated service. She was also a longtime member of Sandy Cross United Methodist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 19 years Thurman Willie Langley; three step-children, Alan Langley (Nina), Tony Langley (Debbie), Donna White (Chris); five step-grandchildren and six step-great grandchildren.

The service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, September 25, 2017 in the Chapel on the Hill Mausoleum at Rocky Memorial Park with Rev. Jimmy Reavis officiating. Visitation will follow the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Sandy Cross United Methodist Church.
