ROCKY MOUNT – Phillip Wayne Joyner, age 77, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, September 29, 2023.
A Funeral Service to celebrate Phillip’s life will be held on Monday, October 2, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Rev. Tony Russ officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. The family will receive friends and relatives on Sunday, October 1, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home.
