Henry Herron, Jr.

Henry Herron Jr., an employee of Barcalo Manufacturing Co., died today. He was 49.
He was a native of Virginia and an Army Veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Alice Abbott Herron; one daughter, Mrs. Linda Underwood of Tennessee; two sons, Richard A. Herron of the home and Randy L. Herron of Darlington, SC; two step-sons, James E. Evans of Rocky Mount and Robert L. Evans of Aberdeen, NC; one grandchild; his mother, Mrs Maude Herron of Tampa, FL; three sisters, Mrs. George Bartholow of Baltimore, MD., Mrs. ray Stratton and Mrs. Jean Wade both of Plant City, FL., two half-sisters, Mrs. Joe Marshall of Essex, MD. and Mrs. Ethel Bowman of Rogersville, TN.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 pm from Johnson Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Nelson Vinson. Burial will follow in Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
