Rose "Marie" Mcneely Harrelson

Rose “Marie” McNeely Harrelson, age 81, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2020. Born in Nash County, NC on July 10, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Roy Zachary McNeely and Nora Elon Graham McNeely. She was also preceded in death by her brother, John William McNeely; and sister, Joyce McNeely Croom.

Marie leaves behind to cherish her memory, husband of 25 years, Allen Oquinn Harrelson; son, Carson “Eugene” Weaver, Jr. and wife, Joy, of Battleboro; and daughters, Cathy Parham and husband, Zack, of Apex, Penny Walston and husband, Randy, of Pinetops, and Pamela Wood of Tarboro. She is also survived by grandchildren, Lauren Brooke Weaver, Jacob Eugene Weaver, Brian Register, Chris Register, Amber Smith, Nikki Taylor, Adam Smith; and niece, Leslie Pate.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, April 17, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Rev. Joe Price officiating. A brief visitation with the family will follow the service at the graveside.
