Obituary for John Harvey Edwards
John Harvey Edwards, 84, passed away Monday, September 7, 2020. He was born June 10, 1936 in Nash County to the late Harvey and Sadie Wilder Edwards. John loved his family, working in the yard, mowing grass, and was a huge race fan.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 62 years Fannie Edwards; son Rodney Steven Edwards (Donna); daughter Tammy Bushee (Jim); brothers Harold (Ann), Oscar (Bonnie), and James Edwards; sisters Frances Brooks , and Betty Jean Wood (Doug); grandchildren Blake Steven Edwards (Shannon), Timothy James and John Connor Bushee; great-grandchildren Blade and Bentley Edwards.

A visitation with family and friends will be Friday, September 11, 2020 from 6:00-6:45 PM with funeral service to follow in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Wagnon officiating.
