Evelyn Grace Cook was born on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 8:22 AM to parents Stephen and Shay Cook and brother, Wyatt. She weighed 3 lbs. 15 oz. and was 15 ½ inches long. Evelyn’s dad and mom were blessed with the gift of about an hour with Evelyn before she went into the arms of Jesus. She is preceded in death by siblings, her grandpa Seibel and great-grandparents. Her family looks forward to holding her again in eternity. Her family would like to thank the Vidant Hospital Staff that treated Evelyn, in the womb and out of the womb, with dignity and value.
A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 10:30 AM at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Pastor Dayton Hartman officiating.
