Jean Inez Bunn

Jean Inez Bone Bunn, age 81, passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Nash General Hospital. She was born in Nash County, NC on May 2, 1937, she was the daughter of the late William Harvey Bone and Gladys Joyner Bone. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas David Bunn.

Inez leaves behind to cherish her memory, children, Danny Bunn (Diane), Stanley Bunn (Annette) and Sylvia Sellers (Jerry). She is also survived by grandchildren, Danny Bunn, Jr., April Horton, Jeremy Bunn, Jonathan Warren, Hunter Lassiter, Kassidy Lassiter, great-grandchildren, Christopher and Caleb Bunn, C.J. Horton, Henleigh Bunn, Cody Warren; sisters, Janice Joyner, Edith Roan, Joyce Morsy, Iris Reeves and brother, Dennis Bone, and several nephews and nieces.

Inez was a member of Barnes Hill Church where she played the piano for over 40 years, she also loved sewing and was a seamstress for over 45 years.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with the service to follow at 7:00 PM. There will be a private burial at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
